This is the perfect apartment if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive overnight in Fitzrovia, just want a comfy bed and a cup of tea, and you’re not bothered about air conditioning. But bring earplugs and an eye mask; there’s construction across the street and the sun rises at about 4:30 am this time of year! The building itself needs some upkeep. The carpets in the hallways are very stained and the walls could stand another coat of paint. The apartment is sparsely but adequately furnished. The bathroom has been renovated and I hope the kitchen will be their next project, along with double- or triple-glazed windows for the street noise! The location is fantastic for exploring the area, near to grocery stores, excellent restaurants and cafes, and tube stations. The neighborhood is lively and feels safe even after dark because there’s plenty of activity. Check-in was easy and Sudhir was very responsive.
