I recently stayed at an Airbnb that I almost cancelled up because of some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t. When I first started reading about this place, I was concerned—reviews talked about the pictures not matching the reality, a shared bathroom when listed as a dedicated bathroom, extremely bad levels of cleanliness small rooms, and inconsistent communication with the host. But, after my stay, it turned out to be a very pleasant stay! The house itself was much more charming in person than I’d expected the pictured matched the property. The cleanliness & fresh deco added a neutral bright feel that made it feel more welcoming. The space was spotless, with attention to detail that showed the hosts took pride in their property. And, a private bathroom! The host’s communication, which had been a common complaint, turned out to be just fine. They were actually quite responsive when we needed them. Please don’t be put off by the reviews. I highly recommend
